All Ex-Servicemen (ESM) and their dependents who hold a valid ECHS Smart Card can use this portal to submit feedback, report grievances, and book canteen slots.
You will need your 15-digit ECHS Smart Card number and a registered mobile number. An OTP will be sent to your mobile for verification before submission.
Our standard Service Level Agreement (SLA) is 3-5 working days. Extremely critical issues (1-star ratings) are automatically escalated to higher Station HQ authorities for immediate attention within 48 hours.
Once you submit your feedback, you will receive an SMS with a unique Feedback ID. You can quote this ID to get an exact status update from the administrative staff.
The ECHS Suvidha portal features an automatic multi-level escalation matrix. If the Polyclinic OIC does not resolve the issue within the SLA, it gets escalated to the Station Commander, and eventually to MD ECHS if necessary.
Yes, you can book slots using your ECHS Card for yourself and your registered dependents. Each booking generates a unique QR-coded ticket for entry.
Go to the Canteen Booking page and click "Check My Previous Bookings" at the top. Enter your ECHS Card ID and mobile number, verify via OTP, and you will see your recent bookings. Click "View Ticket" on any booking to see the full ticket with QR code, and use the "Download PDF" button to save it again.
On the Canteen Booking page, click "Check My Previous Bookings" at the top of Step 1. After verifying your identity with your Card ID and OTP, the system will display your last 5 bookings with details like canteen name, date, time slot, and booking reference. You can view and re-download the ticket for any of these bookings.
